Summary
DL3 is designed to be anonymous. We do not save your pasted links, downloaded media, account details, or other personal information on our servers in a way that lets us or others identify you or retrieve what you did later.
No server-side storage of your activity or content
When you use DL3, requests may pass through our systems so we can resolve links and help your browser download files. That processing happens in the moment—we do not store your URLs, filenames, captions, thumbnails, or file contents in a database or other persistent store for later use, marketing, or profiling.
Like most websites, our hosting or infrastructure may create short lived technical logs (for example error diagnostics or security). Those are not used to build a history of what you downloaded and are not sold as personal data.
Usage statistics
We may record aggregate usage statistics for general analytics—for example, how many times the service was used to complete a download over a period of time.
- This is for understanding overall traffic and reliability, not for tracking individuals.
- We do not tie those counts to your name, email, IP address, or the specific links or files you downloaded.
- We do not store the content of what you download as part of those statistics.
- The public Statistics page shows an all-time total and a day-by-day chart of completed downloads (by UTC date) when storage is configured—still not tied to you personally.
Your device and browser
Downloads are saved by your browser on your device. We do not control your device storage. If we show ads in the future, advertisers may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their policies—we will label ad areas clearly on the site.
Children
The service is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
